Hannah Selwood is a born and raised Texan.  She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2012 and spent 7 years as an 8th-grade teacher.  Hannah has a deep understanding and love for the vibrant beauty and diversity of the Metroplex and its people.  Her experience as an educator gives her a unique understanding of the needs of growing families and the importance of finding a home that fits with a family’s lifestyle and goals.  Her friends and colleagues describe Hannah as warm and passionate but also tenacious, resourceful, competitive, and solution-driven.  She is eager to help families and individuals and is an expert at taking on tasks, to reduce the stress on her clients.  Hannah is set apart by her family values, an unrivaled work ethic, and a constant drive to better herself professionally and personally.  

When not working, you can find Hannah training for various races, tending to her pollinator garden, and cooking healthy (and sometimes not-so-healthy) meals for her family.  She is always looking for a new local small business to support and share with her family and friends.  

Hannah’s interest in real estate is more than just getting through transactions smoothly, her passion lies in helping people build generational wealth through real estate and enriching the communities in the places she loves.
