Karen Martin was born in Niagara Falls, NY and adheres to the adage of “I wasn’t born in Texas but I got here as fast as I could”. She began her real estate career as an executive assistant for a prominent Dallas land developer. Upon his retirement, she transitioned to single family residential sales. Karen has been a licensed agent for 12 years and is consistently a Top Producer. In 2015, Karen was honored to have the most transactions of 300+ agents within her company. Karen has earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, and is committed to providing all her clients with excellent service. Karen has had a life-long passion for reading and enjoys sewing and cross-stitch as hobbies. She and her husband Ron are residents of the Woodcreek subdivision in Carrollton. They have a grown son, Christopher and a cat named Suki that are the light of their lives.
